Terms of Service

By using tanmayas.tech or engaging Tanmayas Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Tanmayas Tech”) for hosting, Android app development, or EduTech services, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are additionally governed by the signed proposal or service agreement for that project.

Tanmayas Tech provides web hosting, Android application development, and EduTech platform services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a given engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Hosting plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at checkout or in your service agreement. Custom development and Enterprise engagements follow the payment schedule set out in the project proposal.

You are responsible for the accuracy of content and data you provide us, for keeping account credentials secure, and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you ask us to host or build into your application.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client on full payment. Tanmayas Tech retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal libraries used to build those deliverables.

Tanmayas Tech will provide services with reasonable skill and care, in line with the uptime and support commitments stated in your plan or agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to that claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
